Fleet Summary Report - Detect lower performing workers, track trends in workflow

The Fleet Summary GPS Report aids in detecting lower performing drivers and technicians by summarizing average stops and average stop lengths of each vehicle. This report also helps managers track trends and patterns in work flow.

Key Benefits:
This report provides managers a quick and easy way to detect trends in mobile worker productivity. This report summarizes the amount of time spent stopped and the amount of time spent moving for the entire work day for each vehicle in the fleet. The Fleet Summary Report also displays the average number of stops per day and the average stop length during the report period.

Information on this Report

How It Works - The MARCUS® system uses sensors mounted on each fleet vehicle to detect whether it is moving or stopped, its location, speed, and distance traveled. This information is transmitted via an automatic cellular telephone connection to Discrete Wireless. When the report is created, managers can define the maximum stop time to be considered to allow for overnight parking, weekends, and other off hours.

Fleet Summary Report

Automated Delivery - Reports can be automated to run at any time. The MARCUS® system will save the report as a PDF, Excel, or CSV file and then deliver it to your email inbox or handheld device.

Hyperlinks - MARCUS® automatically converts each start and stop time into a hyperlink. When you click on these hyperlinks, MARCUS® will display a detailed map of the location with easy to read customizable icons indicating the location of the vehicles.
