MARCUS® application provides effective tracking of vehicle maintenance through the Maintenance tab. The Schedule view provides a quick visual overview of the status of assigned maintenance. You can create and schedule any desired maintenance activity by time intervals or by mileage driven. You can also set up an automatic email to be triggered when a vehicle requires a maintenance action.

How It Works - Users set up alerts based on mileage, time passage, or dates for events such as oil changes, tire rotations, or lease expirations.
When an event is triggered, an email alert can be sent notifying the fleet manager that a scheduled maintenance issue is forthcoming, and the event will be displayed inside the maintenance report. |
Automated Delivery - Reports can be automated to run at any time. The MARCUS® system will save the report as a PDF, Excel, or CSV file and then deliver it to your email inbox or handheld device.
Hyperlinks - MARCUS® automatically converts each start and stop time into a hyperlink. When you click on these hyperlinks, MARCUS® will display a detailed map of the location with easy to read customizable icons indicating the location of the vehicles. |
