GPS Vehicle Tracking - Dispatching - Use Garmin to Route to Job

Calculate Route: Clicking Go on the Job View screen initiates the route calculation. Garmin calculates the route to the job from the mobile’s current location.

Begin Route: Garmin will automatically begin with voice guided turn-by-turn directions to the chosen Stop/Job.

Arrive at Stop/Job: When you arrive at your destination, the system prompts you to indicate whether the job is done. When the job is completed, click Yes to mark the job as finished.

  • Garmin will automatically begin with voice guided turn by turn directions to the chosen Stop/Job
  • Choose to view the street by street directions in text format
  • Click Show Map to return to the map
  • Click the up and down arrows to navigate through the directions
  • System informs you when you have arrived at your destination
  • When job is completed, click Yes to mark job as finished
  • Click No to manually click job on jobs list to mark as done at a later time
